Untangling Autopilot: an improv workshop series with Chris Trew
My next virtual workshop series is called “Improv for Untangling Autopilot.” Here’s some FAQ on the workshop.
How will improv help me be more present?
Being “in flow.” Living “in the moment.” Knowing how to “Yes, And.”
These concepts are all thoroughly covered in our classes — and they are all relevant skills for living a more present life.
In other words, think of improv as a communication superfood or a Swiss-Army Knife. Plus, you’ll pick up some great comedy techniques!
How are these classes structured?
Every class begins with a relevant “warm-up” exercise that sets the tone for that session. Then we dive into that week’s focus area, leaving plenty of room for Q&A covering exactly how you can implement these techniques in your day to day life.
At the end of each session we recap our greatest hits, biggest takeaways, and address any remaining questions.
How many people are in this class?
I keep my class sizes small (under 10 people) to guarantee ample time for every student to learn and practice the material.
Are you throwing in any bonuses?
Sure am! Every student gets a free 1-on-1 coaching session after the workshop ends (valued at $350).
